Weekend Brunch at Aqua Hong Kong

Looking for a brunch in Hong Kong that feels like an occasion? Ours runs every weekend, high above the harbour, with free-flow drinks, skyline views and two of the city’s most exciting kitchens.

Expect 120 minutes of unlimited plates, including sashimi, sushi, gyoza, pizzas, fried rice and more, all flowing from our Japanese and Italian menus. You can add a signature main like stone-grilled wagyu or lobster linguine, or just keep the small plates coming.

Choose from our free-flow packages featuring Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, or for true connoisseurs, Dom Pérignon. Non-alcoholic options include artisanal teas and fresh-pressed juices.

Saturdays come alive with DJ sets and live performances against our harbour backdrop. Sundays are for families – we welcome little ones with a playground, face painting, and complimentary dining for children under 12 with each adult.

Two Exceptional Cuisines

In the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, we’ve created something rather special. Two distinctive restaurants, sharing one spectacular space.

Aqua Roma brings the soul of Italy to Hong Kong. As an Italian restaurant in Hong Kong unlike any other, we serve hand-carved Fassona beef tartare, fresh burrata with seasonal fruits, and wood-fired pizzas topped with 24-month aged Parma ham. From the kitchen comes perfectly al dente pasta, including lobster linguine with aromatic herbs, and our signature duck ravioli del plin.

At our Japanese counter, chefs create art. Premium o-toro sashimi gleams like jewels, while our signature black cod, marinated in saikyo miso, emerges from the robata grill caramelised to perfection. The city’s most impressive sushi bar serves up innovation by the plate.

Aqua has the capacity, experience and wow factor to host a variety of private events from, business lunches and private dining to after-parties and large corporate events. It can be hired exclusively for up to 200 seated and 340 standing.
